We raised our kids in this house in Greyrock Commons Co-housing Community. We're empty nesters now, but didn't want to leave the community (you'll understand why after you've been here for a while)
So, we've finished the basement and are moving in in July.
The top two floors are avialable:
- 1800 Sq Ft on two levels
- 3 bd upstairs
- Study on main level
- 2 bath
- Radiant heat thoughout
- Overlooks the center of the green
Between the radiant heat, and tight construction, gas and electricity average about $75 a month (and we will be picking up about a third of that)
(recent bill)
The HOA Dues are a bit more complex, are based on several factors, but you would also be paying about 2/3 of approximately $200 / month, which covers a lot of items you would otherwise pay for yourself including building insurance, trash, and common area maintenance.
